Due to Dwitiya Tithi being on November 3 in Udaya Tithi, the festival of Bhai Dooj will be celebrated on the 3rd. Actually, there will be Saubhagya Yoga till 11:39 am on the 3rd. After this Shobhan Yoga will start. Therefore, the best time for worship on the day of Bhai Dooj will be till 11:45 am.
